how to grep a deep link in Linux

Hi,

below is the standard out of a command

SVN/developer/apps/dbtake/tags/rel-111/trunk/index.html.
SVN/developer/apps/dbtake/tags/rel-111/index.html
SVN/developer/apps/dbtake/tags/rel-111/trunk/fa.inc
SVN/developer/apps/dbtake/tags/rel-111/trunk/index.htm

How to write a grep command to get rel-111/trunk from the lines above. The command should only display lines that have rel-111/trunk but  not rel-111 only.
