Can't boot my computer

I have a Dell vostro 1712.  I was trying to remove spyware cease and it would not uninstall.  The next thing I knew, my computer was not working! Now when I try to boot it, the screen will give me the bios screen and try to turn on but it just keeps cycleing.  All my computer information had been backed up on a 3rd party site. Where do I go from here?  Thanks!

Do you have a recovery disk?  What version of windows are you running?

Just after POST and before the Windows logo starts up hit F8 to bring up advanced startup options, first disable auto-reboot on system failure which will allow you to see the actual error instead of the PC automatically rebooting. Also, you can try safe mode to see if it will boot that way to attempt repairs.
if you have your Operating cd's boot off the cd and chose to reinstall the os, when you get a choice
choose repair...this will repair your os but will keep your data
meant to say operating systems cd;s...
Please tell me the last point (what you can see on boot screen) before the computer restart, I had similar problem last month and I managed to fix it.
Did you have any kind of problems with your PC before the malware?  Also, does the PC get to the BIOS setup screen?  Or when you stated "BIOS screen", do you mean the screen that you usually see when you start the PC up?
