We are setting up Exchange Server 2010 for our organizaton and need to be
able to book Conference Rooms. We have 14 Conference Rooms.
I 've read about enabling automatic booking on a Resource
Mailbox but that sounds as though you email the Conference Room and it would give
you an accept or decline and if you were declined you would need to email another one.
I think the users need to be able to look at a calendar to see what rooms are available at a certain time before they book. What would be the best way to set this up?
