How to run Internet Explorere with different User permanentally.

Hi,
We have a premier web filtering product with us. from last few days there is some problem with one of the users ID but its not feasible to recreate/change his domain ID.I have checked and we can run internet explorere with different user by "run as" functionality.
Now i want to configure his internet explorer such a way to run with different ID like he would be login in his laptop with his existing domain ID but web browser alway work with diffrent ID.

Please let me know how can i do it permanentally. User is running with windows XP SP3.

What is wrong about the runas approach? You can put that into an own shortcut, fixing the user for IE, and are set.

user is the part of top management and suggesting him to run his web browser in this way is IMPOSSIBLE
i would be more intereseted for permanent setting kind of thing so that he just open web browser and start working. Hope you can understand my friend..
IE profiles are tightly connected to the user profile. You cannot change that. But maybe the User ID used in your filtering product can be changed?
The only alternatives I know of: use Chrome or Firefox (or another browser), or try if IE in safe mode works. If the latter works, IE Add-Ons are the issue, and you should investigate more.
I woyuld create an exception for this user in your filtering......
Either that, or create a batch file that does a runas to start IE..... That can be stored in code in the .bat file....

I have several applications using the following command

runas /user:localmachinename\administrator excutablehere

you can try to customize an IE shortcut using that line.
