I pulled out the other adapter and it still shows the same HBA in the selectable boot list. &nbsp;I guess it doesn't ultimately matter since I know it's an HBA and I can't boot to it anyway. &nbsp;I was just curious if there was any purpose to it being listed or if there is anything you can do with this entry on boot. &nbsp;Thanks.

On a QLogic HBA I was setting up boot from SAN and it shows the lun and also the HBA in the selectable boot list. &nbsp;Why would the HBA show in the boot list? &nbsp;I can't imagine why it would boot to itself. &nbsp;Is this for loopback or something?
