Firefox saved tabs cache file
Where are the saved cache or whatever the files are called, for the saved tab sessions for Firefox?
I have something like 50 tabs open and I have searched the c:\program files\Mozilla Firefox sub folder but there are no large files to be found anywhere.
Also can these files be saved or backed up in case something should happen and I have not yet finished with the tabs. I remember my system crashing a few years back and I lost all my tabs, though in recent years they seem to save nicely even after afer a crash I am able to restore the sessions ok.
Does Chrome also have this save tabs feature? Is Chrome better than Firefox?

Thanks for the suggestions.
I still need to know where the standard session files are stored. I read somewhere its in the app folder / Mozilla but when I look there, the file sizes are only about 2 or 5 meg. I have 50 tabs open now and I was expecting some sort of system hibernation swap file type size of several hundred megs if not gigs.

Am I wrong in thinking that this file that you mention sessionstore.js should only be a few megs i.e. less than 10mb, if I have a total of 40 to 5- tabs open across 9 Firefox sessions? Should this not be several hundred megs if its storing or saving all the content, images etc? I'm assuming this these show be like a hibernation swap file or something like for win xp swap file?
