Can I have both Integrated Windows Authentication & Form Based Authentication enabled simultaneously to access OWA in Exchange 2007?

no, but you can create a new OWA virtual directory and configure one OWA to use FBA and another one to use Windows Auth.

On the same virtual directory it is not possible to have the OWA working with both the Authentication mechanism, you have to go with the above commented post.
