I want a .bat file to autorun when a DVD is inserted

I have a lot of DVDs containing data. I want to copy these to my HD.  I want to just pop a DVD into the drive and have the rest automated.  I need a program that:

1. RUNS when a DVD is inserted into the DVD-ROM drive
2. copies the contents of the DVD (E:) to the HD (M:)
3. ejects the DVD

I suspect a bat file could be written for steps 2 and 3 because the following certainly works:

@echo off
copy e:\ m:\
c:\eject.exe e:\

but I need STEP 1, I need the bat file to autorun as soon as a CD/DVD is inserted.

How can I make a specific program autorun when a DVD is inserted in Vista?
