I have the latest version of VMware Workstation 7.1.2.
The host OS is Windows Server 2003 R2, Standard 64bit Edition, Service Pack 2.
The hardware is eight core AMD system with Opteron 2354 cores running at 2.2GH, 16GB ram.
I have created many Win XP, Windows 7, and various linux VMs using VMWare on this box.
When I try and create, from original CDs, Windows NT Workstation or Windows 2000 Pro (32bit) virtual machines I get the blue screen of death.
I've scoured the VMware community forums and knowledge base and found nothing to indicate folks are having this kind of basic problem. I've attached the snapshots of the blue screens.
