How to create a mailbox managed by multiple users, in exchange 2007?

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to create a "support" mail,
which will be monitored, and managed by multiple users,
every users have to know if a mail was opened, and by who :)

I tried to use public folder, but I can't get the name of the reader to show, only if it was viewed, or not.

thanks in advance!

Firojkhan - was thinking along the same lines, but sometimes support requests come in that no user *wants* to take ownership of :-)  Heavens know there's a few I get that I wish I could pretend I never read :D  That's why I recommended the issue tracking solution instead of emails, allows full auditing of who took ownership of an issue to be resolved.

thanks for the replys,

it's actually much simpler than that, we have a shared folder in which all fax are routed,
but at the end of the day, we have no way to track who followed what, and end up asking each other,
paper was almost easier :)
users moving the email into their directory is a good idea, it's just not practical when it come to search

that said, I got my answer, thanks again :)
thanks, forgot to accept somehow :)
