I have problems getting the Task Scheduler working in Windows Server 2008. I have some tasks that shall run different applications each day. One application is an iisreset.bat file (this restart IIS), and another is wget.exe.

I have checked "Run whether user is logged in or not". I have also provided password for administrator user in task scheduler.

When I look in "History" I got no error messages, only "Task completed". But, the tasks don't run the applications! I am pretty sure this is because the applications don't run unless they are started with "Run as administrator".

Like: If I just click the cmd.exe and try to run IISReset, it don't work. But if I right-click cmd.exe and choose "Run as administyrator" the IISReset command works.

So, how can I tell the Task Scheduler that these application should be started with "Run as administrator"?
