Citrix online plug-in

We have redesigned our network so all desktops now sit on the 192.168.44.0 network and the servers imcluding teh citrix servers sit on teh 192.168.48.0 network.  We can still log onto citrix and display the published apps.  However clicking on the apps gives teh following error:

Citrix online plug-in could not contact the server.  Pklease check your network connection.

I have added all locval subnets to the bypass proxy server but that did not help.

For troubleshooting purpose, establish an ica session to one of the published application using IP address and let us know.
I mean create ica file and test. If you can see published application from the web interface, right click the application and save to desktop. Now open the ica file using notepad and check if the ip address displayed is correct.
The issue could be that you web interface determines what connection method to use by subnet (direct, translated, alternate). In the web interface console, under secure access, you may have 192.168.48.0 listed for "direct" access and the default access method may be alternate. Or some variation of this, depending on how you access externally, etc. In any case, you would correct this by adding your new subnet 192.168.44.0, and selecting direct access.
