Problem in mapping fragments in MVC2 using Visual Studio 2010
I may have tried to rename the entity using Visual Studio 2010. I get an error that the compiler somehow ignores. I don't understand that. Please tell me if you know.
Problem in mapping fragments starting at line 178:Must specify mapping for all key properties (users.id, users.user_id) of the EntitySet users.

Thanks,

I renamed the .edmx file from RDDBEntities.edmx to UserPermissionEntities.edm x,
Should I search the entire solution to change RDDBEntities to UserPermissionEntities?

I did a replace all but now I get errors when I update the Model from the database.
Error 11009: Property 'active' is not mapped. C:\Projects\DBWEB2\DBWEB2\ Models\Use rPermissio nEntities. edmx 117 11 DBWEB2
Can I just delete the Entity and start over? I am getting the feeling Visual Studio 2010 does not do all the background work when changing an existing entity's name or deleting one either.
What do you suggest?

I removed then re-added the .edmx file and that solved the problem. Do you use EF in a way other than using .edmx files?
