All,

I would like to enable TAPI on my computer system so that staff can dial telephone numbers using the telephone icon under Contacts in Outlook 2007. I would like to be able to set the users Phone and Modem Options (or their own individual My Location) using active directory, purely to save the user from having to do this themselves.

I was hoping this would be obvious under a users properties in active directory but I have to admit I cannot find anything.

Any ideas anyone?
Michael
