Text Not Visible when Sent from Blackberry hand held device

I using Outlook 2007, any message sent to user from a Blackberry is not visible in the Body of the text, only visible in the Subject line. Has anyone come across this issue? I checked the email scan portion of the anti-virus software. No issues there.

How does it look b/w Outlook to Outlook , OWA. If it appears fine, then you have to contact Blackberry

Everything looks fine Outlook to Outlook and OWA to Outlook. This issue is when a user sends a message from his Blackberry and this particular user can't view in her Outlook. Everyone else can view the message from the Blackberry. Again, it's just the body of the text that can't be seen.
When other users send from their Blackberrys, can that user see the text in her Outlook?
No. Others can see the text, just not this user. There is probably something with Outlook configuration. I've used a different profile for this user as well. Result=Same.
I'm not following. Lets say in the scenario you gave is sender1 and user1. If sender2 sends something to user1, can user1 view that message?

Just trying to isolate it completely to that one user. If user1 still cannot see the message, what happens when user1 logs onto another machine. Is the result the same?
I just confirmed. When the user logs on to another machine, the text is visible. So it seems to be something in her configurations within Outlook 2007. Can you think of a setting in Outlook that might prevent this?
No, I would run Diagnostics from the Help Menu in Outlook. If still not working, do a repair on the install, and finally a full uninstall/reinstall. Using diagnostics and repair gets it though.
Open Outlook in safe mode (outlook/safe) and check. Update the client to the latest SP
