Invalid Oracle views

We are trying to find the reason why some of the Oracle views become invalid after running a Java application.
The only DDLs the Java application use is to disable/enable indexes on some tables for data loading. There is no schema change on any of the base tables of the views that become invalid.

There is a DDL trigger I am trying to use to get the objects that change while the application is running, as shown in the attachment. For some reason, I cannot get the text of the SQL that causes the change. I would like to know if there is any other way of getting the SQL statement into this ddl_log table.

Thanks,
Malleka
