Exchange/Outlook Conference Room Resource with Approval
We currently have a "Conference Room" resource that can automatically accept meeting requests (provided there are no conflicts). This works well but we would like to add in the approval of the use of the resource by an office manager. In other words, the office manager will need to give the OK for resource to be scheduled. How can this be accomplished?
We are using Exchange 2003 SP2 and Office 2007.
