Using BackupExec 10 to restore Exchange 2003 backups from tape to another server.

I have some very old tapes that I have backed up Exchange 2003 emails to and I need to restore a few of the mailboxes using BackupExec 10.  The problem is that the server that used to hold these emails no longer exists, so when I try to restore the database or the individual mailboxes, BackupExec always fails because it can't find the original resource.  This happens even when I have file or exchange redirect enabled.

The error is "0xe000846a - The resource could not be restored because an error occurred while connecting to the Backup Exec for Windows Server Remote Agent..  Make sure that the Remote Agent is installed on the target computer and is running."

When I scroll down, I see that BackupExec is still attempting to connect to the server that doesn't exist.  I do have Exchange 2010 on a server here with an account set up to restore emails to.  How do I restore these emails from this tape into either a single Exchange database file or restore the emails into the mailbox I have created on our Exchange 2010 server?
