Hi there,
I need some assistance with a workstation that has Windows 7 64 BIT OS. I am using this workstation for users to RDP to it whenever they need. So it has to be ON all the time. I changed the Hibernation and sleep modes to OFF but for some odd reason AFTER every 4 or 5 days the user can not RDP to it not it is pingable. When it does that I checked the back of the network ports and they are blinking and  active. But I can not ping the box.

On the display the login screen is on the Alt-Crtl-Delete but when I press It does not respond. So far I have to do hard reboot to get the user to login again. I am thinking to put a job task that will have the workstation reboot every 3 days to avoid this issue. Unless you have any thought of what is happening.

Many thanks,
