I have Filezila Server setup in passive mode and I'm behind a firewall.  In the FileZilla Server Options, under SSL/TLS settings, I have Allow explicit FTP over TLS, Disallow plain unencrypted FTP, and Force PROT P to encrypt file transfers in SSL/TLS mode checked.  Below these settings, It says: Listen for implicit SSL/TLS connections on the following ports (default: 990) and 990 is added.

Under General Settings, it's set to listen on port 21

norcalhelpdesk: would I open port 990 and 21? Would that work behind a firewall (non windows firewall)?
Do I need to specify the External Server IP address for Passive mode transfers?

Thank you

Thanks giltjr!  If I have all users use the FileZilla Client, would I still need to define the public IP?
