Virtuemart category list problem - messed up

Hi, i have a problem on my site.

When i click a category, it should list the products, but sometimes it lists all the products, sometimes just 5, and when i click the next page. the dropdown menu shows a huge nonsense number (50)

Try to change number of products on one page.

Could somebody help me with this please?

Hi

This is the number of products filter which is set up incorrectly.

This SEO name your using is applying the all products to the product category
I checked this on the rest of your site

http://www.infanttoddlerclothing.com/Baby-dresses/View-all-products.html

Notice the view-all-products as the SEO link

There is a way to fix this

Virtuemart takes is list length from Joomlas default setting

Its found under
Global Configuration > Site Settings > List length
Change this figure if im right it will be set to 50 at the moment

If so you can reduce this to use only the number you want displayed, and it will use pages for the user to select the rest

If this doesn't fix it, reply to this and take screenshots of your

virtuemart configuration > site

it uses no drop down list but displays 4 products per page using a navigation to increase to the next for or previous 4

thanks very much for your answer. I have changed it to 50. But when i click here:

It only shows 5 products. In the dropdown list there is: show 50.
I would like to list all the products on one page, without the next button.
And sometimes i get this error, when i click on a category:
Access forbidden
Flooding
Config - site attached.

When i turn off sh404sef, it is working, but when i turn it back on... i have the same issue.

Hi, So now we dont have flood problems, what when i click on different categories, sometimes i have 50 products listed, sometimes just 20, and sometimes 5.

I have attached my sh404sef configuration. Could you give me advice, what to change?

Hi Storm,

thanks for the help, this was the issue. There were duplicate urls - with LIST limit settings, i have removed these links. Now it is ok
