I see this warning on my windows server 2003 under DNS.  Is this something that I need to attend to or just ignore?
type = warning
Event ID = 3000

Description =
The dns server has encountered numerous run-time events.  To determine the initial cause of these run-time events, examine the nds server event log entries that precede this event.  To prevent the DNS server from filing the event log too quickly, subsequent events with event ids higher than 3000 will be suppressed until events are no longer being generated at a high rate.

Here is the logs that precede the event-
The DNS server encountered a bad packet from 212.233.209.31.  Packet processing the leads beyond packet length.  The event data contains the DNS Packet.

I am not sure what IP that is.
