The other day I decided I would copy my solution and project file and create another copy of our program with a different process name. This works well and I have the two apps int he task scheduler to try and run every 15 minutes, so the two apps run and finish and restart all day long.

I use this code to ensure that each process only runs one at a time.

Dim APP As Process() = Process.GetProcessesByName(lstrProcessName)
If APP.Length > 1 Then
' exit app
End If

However, I'd now like to create a third process wit the same setup.

I'm just wondering if I can give the task scheduler a command line parameter and pass it into my exe to change the process name.

Is there any easier way that copying my project files ?

I'm using 2005
