I recently upgraded from exchange server 2003 to exchange 2010. the exchange 2010 server is running on a hyperV server with 12gb ram and there is only one other hyperV server running on the physical machine with very minimal use. the old exchange 2003 server has been switched off, an the exch 2010 server is running all email services at this point. now the problem is with booking resources such as meeting rooms ect. when a user try's to make a meeting request with a couple contacts and a meeting room as a resource outlokk 2003\2007 will freeze up the machine for anywhere in the vacinity of 1-3 minutes. it will go through eventually but the freeze stops staff beable to continue working until it un jams, the wait appears to be less in outlook 2007 taking around 1 minute to go through but it is still too long and the majority of machines are still on 2003 outlook. what do i need to look at to help fix this up? any help would be greatly appreciated..
