Hi All,

I am trying pass a decimal value from C# to a SQL Server 2000 stored procedure but I get hung up on the following error:

Parameter value '1.200' is out of range.

In my C# I declare the decimal value as follows:

Decimal dblValue = Convert.ToDecimal(dr["MYVALUE"]);

In my stored procedure I declare the decimal parameter as follows:

@Value Decimal(18,3),

When I test the stored procedure using SQL Query Analyzer using the exact value of 1.200, it takes it fine. Just not via my C# code.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Many thanks,

Rit
