Customizations not appearing on certain Outlook CRM clients

We have custom changes that were deployed to our CRM server and work fine on the web client.  Certain Outlook CRM users, however, did not receive the custom changes.

What can we do to make sure the custom changes are being seen when running CRM with the Outlook CRM client?

Are you suggesting that the changes are working for some Outlook CRM Users?

What is the nature of the changes? New fields , new entities or something else?

Yes, the changes work for some Outlook CRM users and not others

The problem is with Opportunity onload - reviewing it now
