Customizations not appearing on certain Outlook CRM clients
We have custom changes that were deployed to our CRM server and work fine on the web client. Certain Outlook CRM users, however, did not receive the custom changes.
What can we do to make sure the custom changes are being seen when running CRM with the Outlook CRM client?

Yes, the changes work for some Outlook CRM users and not others
