Access Services is unable to process the request in Sharepoint 2010 error
First off, i'm fairly new to Sharepoint. Here's the scenario:
We are attempting to use our Sharepoint 2010 site as a Help Desk since our company is small and spending money on a standalone solution is not an option. What I have done is gone into Site Actions -> More Options -> Create -> Tracking -> and selected Issue Tracking. The new list gets created but as soon as the page loads I get the following error:
Access Services is unable to process the request.
Also, if I try going to another tab, Getting Started for example, I receive a popup error:
RunDataMacro action failed for macro 'Users.VerifyUsers'.
Can anyone help me understand why I'm receiving the above two errors and how I can fix them. The "Issue Tracking" feature seems adequate enough to service my company's needs but how can I get it to work?
On a side note, can you email enable an Issue Tracking list? I'd like for our users to be able to email the list and have a ticket opened automatically.

you need to take a look at the logs themselves for the time this happened. Usually located in the 14 hive under "logs" unless you switched them elsewhere. They should provide more detail then just what you get on the page display

Sorry for the delayed response, I've been off since my original post.
I've found the logs but I'm still not sure what to look for.
