I've got an issue where the McAfee Agent version 4.5 won't check in to the EPO server after a laptop is built using an image. &nbsp;The agent is part of the image so it's not being installed after Windows is setup. &nbsp;We are using SysPrep as part of the imaging process so I'm thinking it would be getting a new SID. &nbsp;It seems like it might be a SID issue though. &nbsp;<br />

Hi,

I've got an issue where the McAfee Agent version 4.5 won't check in to the EPO server after a laptop is built using an image.  The agent is part of the image so it's not being installed after Windows is setup.  We are using SysPrep as part of the imaging process so I'm thinking it would be getting a new SID.  It seems like it might be a SID issue though.

McAfee Agent 4.5 Won't Connect to Server on New Imaged Laptop

Anti-virus software was originally developed to detect and remove computer viruses.
