Windows 2008 Hyper-V network adapter failed to start (Code 10)
Private Virtual Machine Network is set for my Nic adapter so only my internal VM's can see and talk to each other on my host.
However my NIC driver won't start. The VMBus network adapter with the Netvsc60.sys won't start and give a Windows 2008 Hyper-V network adapter failed to start with a code 10.

Are you getting this error on the host or guest? How many NIC's does the machine have. Did you bind the internal network to a single nic?

I get the error on the virtual server I just created. I only have one nic on my Hyper-V server, and I bind to only one NIC.

I have seen several articles about removing the vm's as msmjstein suggests. Try something easy like uninstalled hyper-v tools reboot then reinstall them again.
