RAID Levels for SAN Msa2000

We have bought one hp msa 2000 storage array with sas support,Two DL380g6 servers with dual processor and 16gb Ram.About to use VMware Configuring all operating system and oracle data on san,two servers each with two sas hba,ywo controllers on san for redundant connectivities from servers ,no san switch or fibre channels to decrease the budget.
1.We have 20hard disk 146gb 10k,which raid levls we should go for
a:We have oracle database and redhat linux server space requirement for data base is 800gb. Thinking of 12hdd as RAID10
b:All operating systems windows 2003 standard edtion around 5 and redhat linux1,filserver capacity 300gb
Thinking of: RAID5 or 6
c:Two hot spare
d:Two Raid 0 for log files.
The other options whole SAN with RAID6or 5 for a better i/o due to more hard drives spindle.
Is it a good way or other best practice can be advised.
