Out of the box the Bold was running v5.0.0.1186 which had the problem, so I downgraded to 5.0.0.1055 hoping it was a bug in the 1186 version. &nbsp;Turns out the problem exists in both versions.<br />

Also, this 9650 is on Sprint.<br />

I have a user with a new Blackberry 9650. &nbsp;When he enables the keyboard lock, the Blackberry no longer rings or vibrates when the alarm goes off. &nbsp;If the keyboard lock is not enabled, the alarm works.<br />

I have swapped his Blackberry with another one, and this 9650 has the same problem. &nbsp;I have also tried downgrading the device to the older 9650 firmware, which did not resolve the issue either. &nbsp;<br />
