XenDesktop ctrl+alt+del

Hi,

We have a xendesktopserver. All desktops have citrixonlineplugin12 installed on each machine.

We also have the Desktop Appliance lock installed so the user can log directly into his or her machine. DesktopApplianceLock_en.msi

The problem I have is when the user presses ctrl+alt+del it pulls up the screen of the actual computer not the VM.

Since the DesktopApplianceLock is installed there is no top bar with buttons to click ctrl+alt+del.

Does anybody know how to press or send a ctrl+alt+del command? I have tried ctrl+f1 and that doesn't work.
This is very frustrating for the users because they can't get to task manager or change there password easily.

Thanks
Bennie

Do you apply the gp to the vm or the user or the thinclient?
Try also:  Ctrl+Alt+Ins  I've gotten that to work in XenServer.  Hope that helps.
This should be the answer. I think we have some old GPO installed and that is the problem. Thanks for the help.
