I don't know of such a thing, but there are many Flash presentations that derive their content from an RSS feed, so perhaps, depending on what you're trying to do, this approach might work.

RSS is a  subset of XML.  A flash animation is a binary stream.  I can envision how you might get from the structure of RSS into some kind of SWF, but I cannot imagine how you would get from the flash back into the RSS unless you were the creator of the flash and you put deliberate signals into the binary data.  And if you're going to do that, it would seem to be easier to just write the RSS, rather than convert the binary.

You might be able to embed the SWF or a link to it inside the RSS.
