Subnetting my small lan to 2 different network segment

Dear EE members,
Let said:
I have 20 pcs, each have an ip range of -, all are located in a physical
a modem with ip address:
the default subnet mask is

New changes:
I want to maintain : -
I want to change: TO -

Both using separate network segment.

Expected result:
Both segment cannot talk to each other.
But both can connect to internet via

I just study about subnetting, so assume I am a beginner to networking.

Seek your advice on it.
