How do i nat zero on the asa 5520 firewall it is new version of nat on the  8.3(1)

currently i just have a static nat in place

nat (Dept,OUTSIDE) source static DEPT DEPT destination static OUTSIDE OUTSIDE

there network objects created from dept and outside

everything works fine 95% of the time but we keep getting the odd issue with the exchange server
on our other site (other domain) asking for password for user to authenicate to the other domain
We have a two trust and we shouldnt be asked for the password. On reading on windows trust
relationships accordingly nat can cause issues with trusts. So i am thinking nat zero is the
way to go instead of static nat for this particular interface. Has anyone experience of this before
and how did they get around it ?? will nat zero work ok?

Thks,
