ACL: Push Option "include inheritable permissions from this object's parent"
Hello everyone
At the moment we works on a new file security concept in the environment of our customer. Now we have the problem that on the top folder of a department there is a security group (with name GG-department-C) with the option "apply to: This folder, subfolders and files" but in all subfolder is the option deactivated to "include inheritable permissions from this object's parent" and the group GG-department-C is again added to all the subfolders. What's reason to deactivate "include inheritable permissions" and re-add it direct to the subfolder? And is there a possibility to activate this option to all subfolders?
PS: also, do you maybe know a good best practice guide to implement a new file/folder security concept?
Thanks for your help!
