I'm completely stumped with this issue. I've never seen nor heard of anything like this.
I have an employee who sent an internal email that contained 3 paragraphs of text. When she sent the email, only two of the paragraphs were present in the recipient's outlook, including the sender's sent items. When the employee that received the email clicked "Reply", all 3 paragraphs were present.
I looked at the actual email that was sent on the 3 employees that received it, including the email present in the sent items folder of the sender and all four locations show only two paragraphs.
However, when you click reply or forward on the email, including the email in the senders sent items, the 3rd paragraph is visible.
Does this make sense to anyone?
We have a single Exchange 2003 server on a Server 2003 network. All employees are using Windows XP SP3 and Outlook 2003.
