What I mean by 'block size'...your datastore has that configuration assigned to it. If you modify that block size on your datastore to any of the other settings I stated above, you can create the max virtual disk that corresponds to the block size.<br />
<br />
If you have a VM on the datastore, you will need to move it to another datastore as reformatting your datastore deletes all data/VMs on the datastore.<br />
