Find Replace Old Image URL's With New Location

Here are example url's I have in an "image" column with data...

http://image.cbslocal.com/0/2006/04/11/original/images_sizedimage_101094649.jpg
http://image.cbslocal.com/29/2007/09/13/original/images_sizedimage_068075522.jpg
http://image.cbslocal.com/28/2007/12/22/original/401K.jpg

I need to do a find and replace on all the url's, using notepad++ or some sort of method in excel where I can change the domain but the path...

All image urls must now point too...

Now in PHP, I know how to do regular expressions a little, but not in Notepad which I assume you can do. I need someone who knows what characters I should be using to build the regular expression so that I end up with...
