Delegate connections between two NICs
OS: Windows 7 Professional
If I have two NICs installed both simultaneously connected to separate networks, each with independent internet connections, is it possible to instruct different applications to use different NICs? For instance, Internet Explorer use NIC A and Skype client use NIC B. How can I achieve this in Windows 7?

Windows can route addresses, but not protocols. So you can say all traffic to skype.com (using IP address) goes out NIC A and all traffic for google.com goes out NIC B, but you cannot say all HTTP traffic goes out NIC A and all FTP goes out NIC B.
