Currently I am running a .vbs schedule  every minute to connect to the webmail server and check for email (using Lesnikowski). If an email exists then the website processes it. All works fine

But it would be much better if I could somehow let the webmail server call the .vbs process everytime an email was received rather than have the .vbs process scheduled to run every minute.

Am using PLESK and the email client is called Horde.
