Hi Experts,

I'm using oracle SQL Developer to connect to SQL Server 2008 Express.  I have installed Northwind database on my Sql Server 2008 express.

So the name of my server is  computer\SQLEXPRESS

Normally i use SQL Server Management studio to connect to sql server. When I connect to it i am using windows authentication.

So i installed the JTDS sql server jdbc driver to SQL Developer.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/jtds/files/

Once I did that. It adds a SQL Server tab inside SQL Developer.

So now when I click on the SQL Server tab in SQL Developer i add a new connection.  I typed in all the info as shown in the image below. But it's not connecting. I'm using windows authentication because thats how i normally connect to the northwind database in visual studio.

Have any of you experts ever connected to sql server with sql developer.

Do you know if i'm entering something wrong in the connection  menu shown in the image below?

Thanks for your help.
