Font Changes Into Unreadable Characters On Outlook and some PDF are not readable
Hello,
I'm experiencing a very strange problem on of my client, they're using Exchange Server 2003 and Outllok 2003.
When someone responds to mail the characters of the mail become unreadable the same applies to their supplier that sends a pdf created using crystal report, in which case the pdf is illegible.
if the same mail are sent to an external email account (ex: google) everything works fine.
The problem is not on all the email and not by all the senders.
I also tried to see if throught Outlook Web Access the email cuold be readable, but I have the same problem.
Thanks

Not too sure about the PDF issue but in Outlook can you try a couple of things to resolve the font issue - make sure word is not the e-mail editor, remove any stationery and signatures you have created. If you can do this, test it and let me know if it resolves your issue

Thanks Allan,
I tried your solution but no way or better, like i said, sometimes all working right and sometimes no.
Word wasn't the e-mail editor.
