Previously I could Remote Desktop into this computer.  Now I get an error saying that Remote Desktop might not be enabled or that the server might be too busy to accept connections.

Using netstat -a I see there is no listening on 3389.

In services, terminal services is started but when I try to stop and restart it, all of that is greyed out.

I haven't tried a restart of the computer yet since this is a critical server and I don't want to restart it during the week, I can do it on Saturday if nothing else works.

I'm assuming a computer reboot will fix this but I'm wondering how it got in this state in the first place and if there's any way to clear it without rebooting.

Any ideas?

Thanks.
