DHCP Resubnetting Question

Hello, I'm very close to running out of DHCP and static IP addresses in my current network scope. I've read up on MS's KB about resubnetting, but it's not very clear, at least to me. I'm assuming that this is my only option since there is no way my company is going to reduce the number if IP enabled equipment. I was wondering if anyone had a good how-to article, or could provide a basic step-by-step to walk through this. I don't want to accidently remove my scope and bring the company down, or cause multiple IP conflicts with a new scope/subnet. All of my servers (32) have static IP addresses; we have additional equipment (printers, cameras, switches, firewalls) that have static as well. The majority of PCs are DHCP clients. I also have two satellite facilities that connect via a PTP T1. Also, if there is an easier solution, I'd be willing to try it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
