IIS 7 Redirect a Virtual Directory to an External Link
I know this has probably been asked a bunch of times but MS is annoying me today. In IIS 6 I was able to create a new vitural directory on a webserver and repoint it to a URL off the box. for example www.mysite.com/email would point to mail.myserver.com/exchange .
how the heck do you do this in IIS 7. I know you can play around and do this using java script or something like that, but the truth is we have 3 or 4 of these virtual directories and want IIS to handle the work if possible.
Anyone have a clean simple method on doing this? I have not loaded the http redirect feature yet on IIS 7... it didn't sound like I needed it, but I'm not sure.
Thanks
