I am looking at these two models to create a site-to-site VPN and firewall protection for two locations. 30 users HQ and 10 remote, all servers are at HQ (exchange, file, AD), maybe 5 users traveling/working from home.
The Cisco ASA5505-SEC-BUN-K9 seems to provide all the function I need. But would like to know if the Cisco ASA5505-SEC-BUN-K9 or Cisco ASA5510-SEC-BUN-K9 provide ISP fail over (meaning I can configure one ASA at the location to have two ISP connections and if one connection fails, the other will take over)?
Looking at this comparison sheet http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6120/prod_models_comparison.html
, how does the licensing for Content Security, (AV, Anti-Spyware, file blocking, Maximum number of users for AV) work? And how much does it costs?
Is one easier to configure than the other or pretty much the same? Any other cool features about the 5510? What other benefits does the Cisco ASA5510-SEC-BUN-K9 provide? Thanks!
