Ceilng Speakers

Hi,

My sister has a Salon and would like to install ceilng speakers in the suspended celing for playing backround music.  What i am looking at purchasing is:

4 Eagle 3" White Ceiling speakers 100v line 6W
30W P.A. Amplifier (4, 8, 16 Ohm and 100V speaker outputs)

Is this the sort of thing i should be looking at (her salon is not that big)?  Do i have to use 100v or could i just wire them up using the 4,8,16 Ohms connections?

What quality of sound would this setup produce?

Hope someone can advise?

Kind Regards,
Tom

Forgot to mention the shop was approx 15m x 5m with a 3m high ceiling and the void behind the speakers was about a 30cm.  I don't know if youve used cpc before but they sell all that sort of stuff cable connectors hifi's (do people still call them hifi's lol).

Cool,

So if she has a HIFI system (all in one with Radio, CD, Tape etc - not a sperate amplifier)  she could simply remove the current speakers and wire into the hifi these speakers?  What kind of sound do you get from them?

Thanks for your answer.

Tom
Really good, It was a lot better than we expected.  The girls who work in the shop were really pleased with it.  Some of the little hifi things have an ipod dock so for not much money you can have a pretty cool setup.

So the 2 speakers act as the L and R speaker in the original HIFI system?
Yes just like normal speakers.
