How do I recover the password on Nomadix AG3000

I know the factory UN=admin PW=admin, I set a password some time back and lost the password.  Does anyone know how to recover the password when you cannot remember it.  If not is there a way to set it to factory default, so it can be reconfigured?

this might be like other routers whereby there is a small hole at the back somewhere. you press that with a pin or something, keep it pressed for a litle bit then let go. this might reset it. do you still have the manual? it might in there about exactly where it is.
otherwise contact their tech support or check their website
dont know if this is the site, http://www.nomadix.com/support/productdocs/ but perhaps look for your model and check the guides if you do not have the user manual anymore

There is a reset button on the back, I have tried pushingit once, which resets the unit but does not change anything.  I have tried hodling it in for various time lenghts.  I have tried hodling it down while powering the unit off then back on.  None of these reset the password.  I have gone to nomadix.com and gotten the manual, it has no information on recovering a password.  I am now contacting Nomadix support to see if they can help.  I was just hoping that someone reading this had experienced this before and knew what Nomadix support tells you to do to recover the login.
Thanks

Usually you have to press the reset button while turning the device on, and keep the button pressed for a couple of seconds (normally 10 secs or so) to reset the device the factory defaults.
pretty sure rockiroads is on the right track, with the console cable you can remove the security without going to factory defaults, I guess they assume if you've got physical control of the box no need to make you start all over.

sorry, rockiroads deserves the points on this one, he spelled it out, and did everything he could have possibly done except drive over console cable. and type the commands.
