I recently cleaned out an old laptop and completely did a fresh Windows XP install. At the same time, I wiped out some of the drivers. My biggest concern is the drivers for the internal wireless card on this laptop. The laptop is a dell, so I went to their website and downloaded the proper drivers for it.

I still have a problem connecting to wireless networks. I'm able to detect my wireless network, but I cannot connect to it from this laptop. I get the following message...

The network password needs to be 40bits or 104bits depending on your network configuration. This can be entered as 5 or 13 ascii characters or 10 or 26 hexadecimal characteters. (see pictured attached)

I'm starting to wonder if maybe I installed the wrong drivers or if I need to do something else.
Note: I'm able to connect to my network from other laptops. screenshot
